2 Red Cardstock (4" x 4")
White Cardstock (4" x 4")
Vellum (3" x 3 1/2")
Fans Rubber Stamp (Hero Arts)
Cherry Blossoms rubber stamp (PSX)
Kimono Stamp (Judikins) or try our Peacock Kimono
Interference Red Pearl Ex
Red Cord
Small Heart Punch
Red and Black ink (dye or archival)
Fixative or Hair Spray
Paint Brush, Adhesive, Scissors

1. On one piece of red cardstock, stamp fans stamp from Hero Arts in each corner in black. Glue image on center of cardstock

2. On the other piece or red cardstock, stamp cherry blossoms from PSX on each corner. Glue image on center of cardstock.

3. On piece of clear vellum, stamp Judikins kimono in red dye ink. Be careful not to touch image to prevent smearing and fingerprints. Allow to dry for a few minutes.

4. With dry paint brush, paint over image with interference red Pearl Ex. Seal with sealant or hair spray. Allow a little more time to dry. Glue on center of white cardstock piece.

5. Punch two holes on the bottom and top of each piece of cardstock with a small heart punch. Cut 3 yards of red cord. Pull through top holes of red cardstock piece that has the fans stamped on it. Loop over again and knot at the top. Lace cord through the holes at the bottom looping over one extra time. Do this to connect all the pieces together. Knot at bottom and trim excess cord.
